The Connection Center at Royce was born out of the need for students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Levels 1 and 2 (ASD1/2) who just need a little extra support. While there are other organizations in Savannah that provide services for children with severe autism, there is really nothing that focuses on those who - with a little intervention and guidance - could be successful.
We know every child is different in the way they learn and the way they perceive things. That is why our mission is to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment specifically for ASD1 students.
We also understand the importance of a personalized learning experience, as well as family involvement and communication. We aim to work collaboratively with you to create an individualized approach to education that addresses your student's unique needs, strengths and interests.
